The bride, who was given away by her father, wore a slimly fitting gown of
magnolia satin, made with long tight fitting sleeves buttoned from elbow to
wrist, and with the graceful skirt extending at the back into a long train. A
halo of orange blossom bound the fllmy tulle veil to her head.

Two bridesmaids, Miss Hazel Zimdahl and Miss Minnie Appleby, attended the
bride, and their pretty frocks were of pink chiffon made over satin They wore
large picture hats of pink shaded straw and carried bouquets of roses and
carnations. Mr. A R Appleby was best man and Mr. D. Cowan was groomsman. A
wedding breakfast was held after the ceremony at the Scout Hall, McCracken
street, Kensington.
A bouquet of cream and pale pink water lilies was carried by Miss Violet
Zimdahl, youngest daughter of Mr. Frederick Zimdahl, of Barnett street,
Kensington, and of the late Mrs. Zimdahl. at her wedding on Saturday to Austin,
youngest son of Mr. and Mrs. S.T.-Appleby, Flinders street, Thornbury. The
ceremony was performed by the Rev. F. A. Ray at Holy Trinity Church. Kensington.
